1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

2 User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3 Subscriptions and Payments

Grasvio offers both free and paid subscription plans ("Pro"). By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

5 Your Content

Your content (knowledge entries, notes, domains) remains yours. By posting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you create. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

6 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TechfinityEdge. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Grasvio name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TechfinityEdge.

7 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.

8 Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Grasvio is a learning tool and does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and usage.

9 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechfinityEdge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
